Had to cut my Thai noodle with a knife. Plus, it was very salty. Wouldn't put 3 tables together so that our group can sit together. Poor service. Coconut shrimp was overcooked.
one of the worst dining experiences ever. My daughter and I waited over 20 minutes, after being seated, by a server. After we ordered and received the food, our server disappeared and we couldn't ask for anything additional while the food was fresh and hot. The food and the presentation were underwhelming however the cleanliness of this restaurant is appaling. I called the server over to show her the salt shaker, it was filthy. Great service. A glass would not make it past 1/2 empty before a refill arrived.
Terrible customer service. Went here tonight for the first time, they were rushing to serve us because they apparently had to have everybody out by 10:00 DUE to COVID-19 restrictions. Servers were very rude. He even snatched the pen and cards out of our hands. Rushed us to place our order, and kept saying “what” the whole time. When we told the manager about the service we received from the servers his response was “well we were just trying to get everyone out of here so we don’t get a fine. The ambiance and food is good here but not the pizza. totally disappointed about tonight's pizza dinner. menu is small right now. staff do wear mask.
