Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience I had a very disappointing experience with this leasing inquiry. The agent lacked professionalism and wasted my time by asking numerous of questions, only to suddenly push the price higher during the call. I felt that this inquiry was treated as unimportant or low-priority. Absolutely speechless at the way this was handled. P.S. The extra stars are solely due to the kind and professional reception, which is the only reason I considered calling back.
Great experience . Seb was a very professional agent. Lots of knowledge and pleasant to work with him. His response is within seconds and i will work with big city realty at every occasion i will have in the future. No doubts.
