Great staff and genuine people which made us feel comfortable. Bobby treated us right, got us in and out in less than an hour. The best thing about our experience was everything was disclosed and in writing. Got our tags and payment book within a week. Kudos to the staff, we will send our friends and family to Big City Cars. While other dealerships in the Ft Wayne are are depleeted without inventory, Big City Cars had over 250 to choose from. Thanks Bobby.
Do not buy from them. Should have read all the reviews first. They are tied to Auto brokers also. Was looking at vehicles there they kept pushing for the same one, Sales man would send text of some other ones some had damaged and one had a salvaged title. The damaged one the sales man ***** was like I have a ***** that could fix in on the side for you. Bought truck from Big City Auto separate transaction repair on truck paid and told they had been working with Body shop 2 years. I asked if not happy what is going to happen. I got told by owner give you your money back we walk away and we keep truck. Repair was done truck looked good than less than 90 Days later rust reappeared again. I talked to them than left phone message to owner asking for repair money back. I was told I made deal with salesman not Big City Auto really. This was the worse car buying experience We ever had.. We were supposed to get a 3500 tax time stimulus deal we never got. We were told it had new brakes and tires and the only thing it needed was a window fixed and that it had a "Clean Autocheck". Part of our deal they were supposed to fix the window, change the oil because it was a little low at the time and detail the car. If i could give them negative stars I would. We purchased a Chevy Traverse. They said they just did an oil change and everything on it prior to our purchase. About a week after purchase the check engine light turned on. We call and are met with "not my problem, you purchased as is" and we checked the oil level and there's NO OIL IN THE ENGINE! ******attitude from their sales guy. I will NEVER advise anyone to purchase a vehicle from here. In the middle of a pandemic no less.

Ashley, I'm sorry you have had problems with your car - I was not aware. When your husband came in and selected the car he was told ALL about the car and test drove the vehicle. To ensure complete satisfaction with your vehicle, we included at our cost a service contract for 24 months / unlimited miles so at this point I'm not sure I understand why you would rate our company so poorly. The service department at Big City Cars is outstanding! We took our car to Big City Cars to fix an electrical problem with the rear window defogger. And a quick oil change. The service manager got us in right away, as scheduled. Their expert mechanic quickly found and fixed the electrical problem. They were very professional yet extremely personable. I highly recommend their Service Department with confidence. It is obvious that they put their customers first!!
By far the best and easiest time I’ve ever had in buying a vehicle. They did a great job and I got exactly what I wanted!! Highly recommended!!
They have Best service shop in town. I must say it was one of the friendliest staff's and most helpful I have encountered. Fresh coffee in the waiting room along with free Wi-Fi and a big screen TV while I waited. They had me in and out in no time and their prices were great. I was even able to use a Groupon to get a discount on my service work. I highly recommend Big City cars service department to anyone needing service or repair on your vehicle.
