I purchased a 2021 ****** Rogue on May 4, 2024 from Big City Cars in Ft. *****, *******. There were several issues with the advertising of the car being blatantly incorrect (For example, their ad said it was a non-smoking car, but it obviously wasn't). I was actually okay with that, because the price was okay and I know that issues with used cars are "As Is." Worst car ever purchased from a dealer.. has so many problems with the motor ..
Terrible! Im so sorry to report this BUT I bought a 2015 ***** Equinox with 73k miles on it. I put 2,600$+ down cash as a down payment and they gave me the receipt for it. But upon looking later in the paperwork they only credited me 1,600$ down payment. Also they said they fixed any *************. I drove it off the lot after buying and it died on me twice. They didnt get back with me until the next day. They supposedly fixed the issue then that same day the radio quit working and the touch screen would freeze up. But again... read more
The staff at Big City Cars went above and beyond to help me out when they didnt have too. I left a not so good review a couple weeks ago that I didnt have any business leaving because I was upset about a car I purchased from them. Bought a 2016 Jeep at the beginning of Dec, not even 24 hrs after having it the check engine light came on. I called my salesman the next ********** had me bring it in and it was the thermostat that went out. They fixed that with no issues. Bought a 2012 Ram. Apparently it was never checked out before we bought it. The remote didn't work ( they finally replaced it) the truck was never detailed, which wasn't a real problem but what is a problem they sold us a truck with a bad frame. It's rusted so bad I figure it'll break about anytime. They had it up on their hoist to change the oil but felt it unnecessary to say anything about the bad frame. if i could if a zero i would. sold us a lemon i dont care what they say. found in 2 weeks after buying the car it needs a transmission cant even get a loaner because they stopped giving them. i have no car now. who even knows how many months !!! crazy too because ****** where my car is now waiting for a transmission said this should have been caught before the car was even sold or even put on the lot.customer service is great but wouldnt buy again from them. cant even trust their cars
