Dr. Grant always takes a pragmatic approach to your care. Not only are the visits thorough, but he effectively communicates and makes sure to hit the problem areas. Not a gimmicky service with endless visits. Cannot recommend enough.
Dr. Grant takes his time to listen to how I'm feeling, make an examination, and give me a thorough explanation of what is causing my issues before starting any adjustments. He uses a combination of techniques including addressing trigger points and recommending specific exercises to help with recovery.

Dr. Grant saved my lower back! I woke up on a Saturday morning with searing pain in my lower back. I googled Chiropractors near me, and he was able to see me that morning.
