I’ve been going here as a dedicated customer sense I moved to Jax. Today, I ordered 1 tire and was told to show up at 1pm and would be an hour wait to get it changed. It has now been 2 hours and 50 minutes and I am still waiting. I went in to complain at 2 hours... they said they would check on it. They did not.
