First off I’ve been a Big Chief Tire customer for 10 years & Mgr Ricky & his staff have taken care of my 2- trucks with top professional auto care as well as doing “extra” tasks on those 2 trucks and never once charged me extra for completing those “extra” repairs. Ricky is a hands on working Mgr. & works elbow to elbow with his competent staff & makes sure all Big Chief customers are 100% pleased with there mechanical repairs & service.
