We really like Big Burger. We love to support (Mom & Pop) places such as these. I love the Jr Pork Loin, cheese & mustard only. Their BLT'S are loaded with bacon. We have always had good service, in the restaurant & in the drive thru! My brother in law from Colorado always dines here two or three times when he is in KC. Mike & Tracy Walther. P.S. We just had Big Burger drive thru 1/26/2018, service great, food very fresh & cooked to order! YUMMY !!
Everything I have had there is BIG and tasty. Reasonable pricing.

Outstanding burger and tots! Reminded me of Big Boy on 40 highway in Independence, Missouri. Local burger restaurants are better than places like McDonald's, Burger King, and Wendy's. Recommend this place to all carnivores like me!
A “manager” named Marley was extremely rude to me and got my order completely wrong, and has no people skills, accuses pe people of other people of being rude. She has no right to be in the fast food business, and treated my whole family like idiots. You really need to speak to your rude, disrespectful employees. Rude and I will never go back.
