Cant get the order right, order tenderloin with cheese and 1 out of 4 times they get it right. Tonight tenderloin is overcooked no cheese and bun is dried out and burnt. Once was a good place but not any more

Love this place. Have gone here since the 80s and my parents have since the late 60s. Food is always simple and reasonable.
When I was a little kid, I use to come to Big Burger all of the time. Yesterday was my first visit since probably 1989. And I when my wife and I came in, I was very pleased that it looks exactly how I remembered it! Food was great! However the pricing was very high even in today's economy. And the staff there could be a little more friendly and personable. I am biased on my review because of the memories I have of the place and the fact it still looks the same brings me much joy.
