I'm not sure how this shop has consistently garnered 5-star reviews. We've used his services once before thinking that we would be treated with the same level of respect, but we were gravely mistaken. My partner dropped his car off and was told it would be ready on August 9th according to Ira Brown's receptionist; it has now been a month. We drove by the shop on August 10th and 11th (on my lunch breaks), called the only number listed, left multiple voicemails and emailed him with no response. I got my breaks and rotars replaced on my Kia. Everyone at this shop is caring, professional and knowledgeable. I'm very impressed with the amount of time it took to get the work done. I was basically in and out before I knew it!! (Or I was just having great conversation in the office!!) I will be recommending this this shop to all my friends and family!
