Ishmael was so helpful and really was thorough with the process of my tire repair. I highly recommend this location as their service and quick response time is excellent! I will definitely be back.

I feel so lucky to have gotten helped by big brand tires Washington Blvd store #1043 specifically Omar and Ismael. They are truly kind hearted and helped us even though it was time to close. So they stayed late just to make sure we could drive home safe. When we said thank you they said “no worries, we do what we can” That shows how truly generous of spirit these guys are.
They did a good job of alignment and the price was reasonable. However, I was not too happy about the unexpected wait time. I scheduled a noon appointment and was told it would be done in an hour. However, they didn’t even start working on my car until 1:10. And it took them over an hour to do the work. They could have let me know in advance about the delay so I didn’t have to wait for 2. 5 hours at the shop to miss my other appointment!
Very friendly and knowledgeable. They worked within my budget. Definitely recommend these guys
