Came in to fix a tire puncture, in and out in less than an hour. They even had a desk where I could get some work done. No charge! Would highly recommend
These guys are awesome, honest, and on it when it comes to fixing your car. I am very particular who I take my car to because it seems you get ripped off at the big dealerships. Called to find that they offer free tire rotation. Arrived at ~10:35 am. Done with the service order by ~10:45 am. At ~12:30 pm or so, found out that the technician disqualified tire rotation: front at 4/32 inches, rear at 5/32 inches, roughly. Per one tire store website, the life of the tire is considered at an end at 2/32 inches. Recommendations: 1) In the next few months, install four new tires. 2) After that, do a four-wheel alignment. 3) replace front struts. 4) replace rear shocks. I spent days calling multiple tire shops across Los Angeles and Orange County to price out a set of new Michelin tires.
