Dropped off the vehicle at 12:02 PM. It’s now 1:53 PM. Almost 2 hours and they haven’t even touched my car. I’m sure it’s because I came in for a free tire repair. Go somewhere else. After almost 2 hours they mentioned it would take an additional 90 minutes. I’m sure if I was a paying customer the car would’ve been done long ago. And they weren’t busy in the shop when I dropped off the car, I checked myself. (Don’t bother calling me, I won’t be back)
I had a great experience at Big Brand Tire & Service. Joseph (Joe), the manager, was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain the tires we needed and recommended an alignment as well, making sure everything was done properly and safely. I had a leak on my pan gasket and Joe took care of me so well. He inspected my vehicle for free and alternated my tires. He made me aware of my brakes for safety and also fixed the leak in less than 3 hours. The man was very knowledgeable and so kind. I’ve been coming here for years for only oil changes but definitely will come here for other services as well. Great customer service !
