QUESTION: WHATS THE SENSE OF MAKING AN APPOINTMENT..IN THIS CASE 9AM...IF THEY ARE GOING TO MAKE YOU WAIT FOR AN HOUR AND 20 MIN???!!!!!!! OUTRAGEOUS!!!! THE OXNARD BLVD BB IS A MESS...THE RESTROOMS ARE NASTY.. ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES WENT TO PULL IN A SUV AND INSTEAD HIT THE BUILDING..WE ALL LOOKED ON IN SHOCK..WHAT A MORON! THEY MADE ME WAIT ALMOST AN HOUR AND A HALF EVEN THO I HAD A 9AM APPOINTMENT...AND THEY DIDNT DO ANYTHING UNTILL I WENT AND BITCHED ABOUT IT!!!!!! POOR SERVICE!!!!!
