Cassidy was amazing! I brought my 9 year old daughter in for her first ear piercing. Cassidy walked her through everything and eased her fears. She is so great with kids!!!! My daughter even requested to go back to Big Brain so she can visit Cassidy! Highly recommend her!!!!

I got my Helix pierced yesterday by Clayton. He is very friendly and knowable. I have my tattoo appointment set for the 21th with Whitney Tiedeman and I am very excited. She is very down to earth. Whitney does amazing tattoos. Whitney pays attention to the customer desires. Whitney is very friendly and made me feel at home!

Went in to get my Daith piercing change. It wasn't ready yet and she was REALLY nice and gave me care tips. So I got 2 small hoops because she was so NICE!
