Amazing customer service, I had 3 people say hello and ask if I needed help. Kyle was great, fit me with a titanium hoop for my nose piercing and even walked me back to the front desk on my way out! I'll definitely be back to this location.

honestly, big brain west is the only place i will go to get tattooed or pierced anymore. everyone in the shop is so kind and professional and take so much pride in their work. Kyle is definitely the best piecer i have ever met, you can’t go wrong with him, and all of the artists are extremely talented at what they do. i would recommend the shop to anyone and everyone.

Big Brain West has been warm and welcoming every time I've been in. Went in for a nose piercing in March from Kyle Ofe and have been back for a daith and tragus as well. Kyle is wonderful, takes his time, and explains everything which puts you at ease. Very knowledgeable and a great guy! Recommended for sure. Will be back for more piercings and eventually a tattoo. Can't give high enough praises.

Big Brain West is amazing! Whitney was so careful and reassuring since this was my first time getting inked; the whole staff kept reassuring me, it was amazing. They really care about their clients. If you're in the Omaha area, this is the place to go. I know I'll be back to get another one >~.^<
