Super friendly staff as soon as i walked in. Kyle did my piercing and was super chill, nice, explained everything, and made sure i liked placement etc beforehand. Will definitely go back here! These guys are badass.

I had such a positive experience at Big Brain West. The staff was easy to talk to and had great suggestions for my idea of what I wanted. Whitney did a beautiful job on my tattoo. It was everything I wanted and more. Thank you so much Whitney for giving me the tattoo that I have dreamed of for years. You are a very talented artist.
Went in tonight hoping they could squeeze me in, Evan was awesome and worked with me on what I wanted and I was in and out in about an hour! Everyone there is cool as Hell and super helpful. I’ll definitely be back! �
