Came to the west store to buy a tongue ring and was treated VERY poorly by the piercer. I had no problem paying for the over priced piece of jewelry but the fact the lady treated me extremely poorly and rude I was not going to give her my money. I don’t understand how someone who works with people can have such poor people skills. I appreciate people who treat me with respect when I come to their place of business. Such a great place. Friendly, fun and original environment. Covid friendly and clean. Seth is just so talented and I recommend to all if your getting your first or 50th tattoo, this is the place to be.
Jasper was the best. My daughters both wanted to get their doubles re-pierced, but not all the holes were closed up. Jasper could’ve done all new piercings and charge us for everything, but he did what was best for both of the girls and was totally fun during the whole visit. Highly recommended!! We’ll definitely be going back!
I went to get my belly button pierced back in August 2020. A couple days after I was having really bad pain, nausea & dizziness. I was running low-grade fever so I went back to the shop the next day and I spoke to the female piercer. She said, “That’s an easy fix!” changed out my jewelry, & gave me a bigger ring & added a spacer. That helped slightly. But, still I have pain and irritation. Got a new Tattoo today done by Clint he did an amazing job especially with the greyscale work in my tattoo highly recommend seeing him. I will be going back for my next one.
They were all super nice to me, from the people at the front desk to my tattoo artist. I had Austin, he was super nice and I was really comfortable despite being in pain. Definitely coming back for future tattoos!!
Did not have to wait long, The front desk and the piercers were great. Elsa was amazing!
