If I could give negative stars. I would. This guy says that the alignment is free but it's not free. It's included with those high priced tires. And the secretary who I assume is the mom is very rude. She talks down onto customers when she don't get her way. And how I hear it lately, they treat their employees unfairly. I would recommend people not to shop there. But rather go anywhere else. Know this is not my biased opinion but what I seen when going to his establishment. Horrible servicio, le pedí personal y precisamente al ancargado del negocio que después de realizar el trabajo en mi carro le hicieran un apriete de 90 lb/pies de torque a las ruedas según el manual ya que si no se respetan esos datos causan un severo daño a los componentes y se pone en gran riesgo al usuario puedindose quebrar los tornillos cuando el vehículo está a alta velocidad por exceso de estiramiento por el torque, además por mucha experiencia visto les dejo ésta nota. PÉSIMO TALLER, NO VAYAN AHÍ PORQUE EN VEZ DE ARREGLARLES SU AUTO SE LOS VAN A DESCOMPONER, LOS TRABAJADORES Y EL ENCARGADO CERO PROFESIONALES CUANDO TE HACEN UN MAL TRABAJO Y TE HACEN CUALQUIER COCHINADA PARA “ARREGLARLO” Y DECIR QUE CUMPLIERON.
