My family was telling me about this place for a while so I patronized this place 3x's in the last 2 weekends and the food and service was good. I called today to see what the special was and if they had the smoke jerk chicken in which my picky teenage son enjoyed the other weekend and the lady (Tisha,Tesha) was very rude. People always say support black but I refuse to support a place that doesn't appreciate the customers. Very nice and friendly environment, the food is awesome a must visit.
Best ribs, brisket, gumbo, pork in town hands down. I’m sure everything on the menu is great, but I know first hand that those are so good it’ll bring a dang tear to your eye. Not to mention it’s ran by good people who look out for others in a way they may not know it, but means a lot. Everyone is struggling now-a-days. And with all the negativity you see on TV and with politics, it’s good to run in to good people now and then. WITH GREAT FOOD TOO! We will be back and ready to eat! Once this food coma wears off... 😆
The food is absolutely delicious. The portion size 2 people can eat off of. If you want amazing smoked meat. Check out Big boys. You won't regret it!!!

My ribs were nothing but burnt on the bottom. No meat. 2 out of 3 ribs were nothing but fat. I was only able to eat one rib. Everything else was great.
