BEWARE!!! • Water heater replacement through Home Warranty • Big Boy Plumbing accepted the order, inspected, sent estimate for approval. Home Warranty did not agree with the amount and asked for it to be lowered. While at my home for inspection, I asked him for a quote for replacing a water spicket since that was not covered under our warranty. He said $130.
