I had a terrible experience with Big Boy Plumbing, dispatched through my home warranty to replace my water heater. The technician/owner Rick required payment for modifications, specifically to replace a PVC pipe with copper, which I paid for upfront. However, he never replaced the pipe as promised. To make matters worse, he rescheduled the follow-up appointment many times, each time claiming he would complete the job, but he never showed up or finished the work. Definitely a great professional plumber! We had a water heater go out but they are on it from the time they got the call! They communicated and kept me in the loop! If you need a plumber this is your guy!
Repipe my whole house did an amazing job so glad he did. Feels nice to have good water flow coming through. Very reliable, always on time ,very respectful. Does the job well.
