RecommendedFast and quick service for excellent food
New rule in place re: face masks. Required for servers and customers until your seated at a table. 3 servers. 1 no mask at all, 1 mask down on her chin. 1 wearing mask appropriately so obviously they are well aware of the rule. We were the only customers to enter wearing a mask. No enforcement of masks at all.
Business response:
The new mask requirement goes into effect on Monday July 13th at 12.01 AM which requires all guests entering our restaurant to wear masks. All of my staff wear masks when at and addressing all guests within 6 feet. When they are not handling food or working with a guest they will pull the mask down because it is uncomfortable and hot. Please keep this in mind when you are making a complaint.
WHY is your Patio Dinning soooooo horrible??? Old Broken Chairs... filthy (old) tables...Food served in Styrofoam & plastic silverware?? I had to ask for a real plate & fork!!! We've patronized this location for 3 yrs. very often..We live in Norco.. I'm ashamed to say this is our Bob's Big Boy!!! If patio dining is considered the safest during this pandemic, why don't you Bob's Big Boy make it the cleanest? Very Disappointed !! Yes, we will accept a refund!
Cheryl was rude not only to us but the host. Told us we were lucky that one of the cooks lives behind us and that they brought in eggs.

RecommendedWe ate here for breakfast during Covid, and got the breakfast buffet. Great food and excellent service. The server on the buffet changed gloves with every order to ensure cleanliness, bravo to you!! Highly recommend.
