Clean an food of old manners.
I just took my family and father in law for fathers day. The manager "Kevin" is in the kitchen YELLING AND THREATENING THE WAIT AND COOK STAFF. This is NO way to treat employees. I've been going here for 20+ years and have never seen anything like this. This guy does not deserve to be in charge of people.
Very disappointing visit to Big Boy. Did not get 1 of my sides, did not get refills on our drinks, waited 25 minutes for check. Was only talked to 3 times, are you ready to order, drinks and have a nice day. Did not get good service at all. Another server asked us if we needed anything and we said the check. Will not go back as this was last chance. 2 weeks ago we waited a half hour for our food, it wasn't busy.
