My husband and I stopped for dinner at the Benchwood rd Dayton Ohio location on Friday 4/1. It should have been warning that the parking lot was nearly empty on Friday night at six. Bri was nice service was fast. Unfortunately she served us food that was old and burnt. I had to pick out Brown slimy lettuce from my side salad, didn't eat half of it. My boyfriend and I went to lunch at the Fort Gratiot location. I don't think I've ever received such courteous service and such friendly wait staff ever from any restaurant!!! All the servers seemed to always have smiles. Our coffee cups were always full. Our waitress was named Molly and huge kudos to her!!! I didn't get the name of the manager but he was wonderful also when I was paying the bill. Definitely recommend this location to all my friends and family. Great breakfast/lunch buffet also.

The Big Boy in Midland gives consistently good service and good quality and quantity of food. On top of all that, they have friendly wait staff! ;)
i want to the big boy on 10450 S. Telegraph Taylor MI and i order the club sandwich and i got plastic in my food when i bring this to the server i was told everything but sorry i called the store and talk to richard and i see were the rudes comes from i will never go there first time last time
