My husband & I have been long time customers. Of Big Boy in Howell. The Waitress's are very friendly & make you feel at home. The cooks are good. All employee's are very nice. And the owner's & manager's are very nice. And defineatly honest. Thursday I had an incident happen. Of where I left my change of $15.00 I called the restaurant. Explained my situation. I visited today after having a procedure done at the hospital. Everything was clean, food was good, and came out quickly. However, our waitress was in a rush to leave, she was nice enough, but she brought us our bill as soon as our food came and asked us to get the payment ready so that she could cash out. Just started working here about a month ago, great company to work for! The management and staff are awesome. Very happy that they gave me the opportunity to share my love for waitresing here! :) Come on in and eat at "your Big Boy!" ;)
