Server took 10 minutes to bring drinks after taking drink order then another 15 minutes to take food order. Offered more coffee on one of her 3 second stops at our table but never brought it. Food was cold. Only 2 tables in our section maybe 8 in whole restaurant

I had not been an a Big Boy restaurant in more than 30 years, brought back some good old memories!! Their serves was great and the food was delicious 😋 !! I Will return one day when visiting Michigan again!!

FOOD NOT GOOD AT NIGHT THE FLOORS DIRTY THE HOLD PLACE IS BAD THE MUSIC AT NIGHT BAD FOR FAMILY PLACE COOKS HANG OUT IN FRONT TALKING LOUD WITH BAD WORDS JUST IN PAST YEARS IS GOING DOWN PEOPLE HAVE TO WAIT TO LONG TO CASH OUT OR TO SET DOWN COOKS WITH NO HATS OR COVER UP FACE HAIR THIS IS TO BAD FOR CHARLOTTE
I went to the burger bar and only got one burger! The rest of the time the pan was empty. $16 with a drink for one burger at an all you can eat burger bar doesn't;t cut it. I should have ordered off the menu
