My daughter and I went to th Big Boy on Columbia rd in Battle Creek MI on friday 8/26/2016 the server was very slow after she took our order she went to another table to play with a baby and talk to the people at that table, she finally turned our order in 5 minutes later when our food came mine was cold and real spicey with pepper I had cold meat loaf cold corn the butter wouldn't melt in the corn, when the server finally came over she asked if there was a problem and I told her all my food is cold and to spicey she said sh... read more
Although service was slow was still friendly food was poor quality would explain the empty place during peek time
Horrible place to eat!! There was a hair mixed in with my hash browns! The manager said it wasn't their fault that he didn't know where it came from. They gave us 4 dollars off a 37 dollar meal and we had to wait 35 minutes for a new plate of food!! Then the manager told me that there were cooking my steak from frozen that's why it took so long!!!! I will never ever go there again!!!! Would rate zero if it was available!!
