I have been to Big Boy's all over the state of lower Michigan, and I'd have to say that EVERYTHING here is EXCELLENT!!! The staff are kinda, wonderful and attentive. Always asking what they can do for you as a patron and/or is everything tasting good. They ALL take the time to make you feel like they REALLY want you to enjoy your selection, instead of trying to fast track you out the door so someone else can come in!
