Unfortunately I got sick after eating here. Server seemed rushed and did not check on us. Decor is outdated and tape is on booths and restroom needs a cleaning.
A little dated in the appearance, but other than that every thing was great. The staff was alert and friendly. My waitress Maddie was excellent!! Food and prices were great. Portions were just as i remember! lol. Its been many many years since my last Big Boy visit. Food was delivered promptly and hot. The biscuits were light and fluffy too lol.
If I could give no stares I would the traverse city big boy was a horrible experience the waitress was not very friendly we went at around 5 there were only 2 other tables so not busy at all they could only bring us out silverware for some of our party because they had none clean but wasn’t even busy the food took almost a hour to come out 4 of the meals were not what they should’ve been some things were also missing every time we asked about the missing items we got told they were coming the food was ice cold and gross we w... read more
Burgers are greasy and have no flavor, and they are really pricey for not tasting good.
Wifes food was very overcooked and inedible. The appetizer platter was about the same, but we ate most of it. Definitely not up to Big Boy expectations. With so much here in Traverse city, I don’t think we'll be back... ...
