Big box storage came to my rescue during a remodel of my condo! It was last-minute when my contractor needed my condo emptied. I frantically called Big Box Storage and spoke with Morgan. She explained the cost and arranged to have 2 boxes delivered in 48 hours. She was awesome. The day of delivery Dan arrived on time and efficiently arranged the boxes in my carport and other parking spot. He explained how the boxes worked and wished me luck with the remodel. Big Box is the best! We have 2 containers in storage with them that they deliver twice a year (Halloween and Xmas decorations… yes, we decorate a lot!). The service is great, the people are always friendly, and our boxes and the stuff inside are always safe and secure!
We had a great experience with Big Box Storage! The rental process was smooth and straightforward, and we received our storage box in a timely manner. We didn't need our box for as long as expected and we were charged only for the time we used it. Based on our experience, we highly recommend Big Box storage and we will rent from this company again when needed.
I rent it two big boxes from this place. You were very accommodating. It worked with me and also especially like the driver Desmond very kind very courteous. We had a few bumps with the landlords over here however he’s stuck with me until I was able to place the boxes I would gladly give them five thumbs up if I could you’re a great place to do business with make sure you can request Desmond.
Dan has been absolutely incredible. Every time I have seen him in this process, he has been efficient and on time! Would definitely use this service again. Thank you, Dan and team!
