We purchased our flooring there. We went with their installer, who has been with them for years. From day one the installer missed his appointment with us for a quote. We rescheduled. He was late for the second appointment. The work start date came and went with no phone call. RecommendedBetter Flooring Outlet in Stockton has been awesome so far. From helping in picking out the flooring to setting up install estimate and even delivery. Flooring was ordered yesterday afternoon and is delivered already. Not to mention the installers are hauling butt!! I’m so excited.
