At the time it was great the food was delicious but later that night it tor my guts up 1 in the morning I could have shit through a screen door my asshole was on fire but other than that not bad

Good stuff. I had ribs and brisket. I was impressed with the potato salad also. I am a Native Memphian so it is hard to impress me but I certainly enjoyes BBG. Restaurant employees were very nice also.
I am from Memphis (now live in Middleton, Tn) and know they are championship barbecuers. My first visit. The best restaurant ribs I have ever eaten. They were meaty, smoked to perfection, just the right amount of rub and sauce. Tender without being overcooked as most restaurant ribs are. The folks know what they are doing and have the trophies as proof. Very friendly service and staff. I am two hours away now and well worth the drive.Wlill be back soon! Highly recommend.
My husband & I took 2 of our grandchildren there for supper after a movie. Everything was great!

I grew up eating Gibson's bbq & it's still my favorite!! I don't get to Decatur as much as I used to, but I love to eat w/ y'all when I can! We were there Wed w/ friends to take our kids to Point Mallard. Loaded pork potato & chocolate pie... That's my usual. It never disappoints & was amazing as usual!! I've been eating at the 6th Ave store so long that it feels like part of going home! �
