I used big Ben's tree service in the past and it was a big job $4000 quote and did a great job we moved to a new house and called them again for a small job ben came out some day and quoted me $475 to trim 2 trees and decided to go with them again and was treated poorly!!!!! when I called back the receptionist put me on a schedule for a Thursday and never showed up called back the same receptionist told me I had a small job and we will try to fit you in at the end of a work day ...... way to keep a customer happy .... lol I ... read more

No nonsense get the job done and clean up. We are extremely happy with the results of the removal of 3 � plus tall Oaks that were diseased in our side yard. They are gone before any hurricanes hit this year. We highly recommend Big Bens without hesitation!
