Brian is an awesome coach! I did a weightlifting class with Brian and made a lot of gains. I am currently working with Brian again to regain my strength after having a baby. He does a great job programming specific things that I need. Highly reccomend!
This is an excellent gym! Not your average workout facility— Big Bend S&C doesn’t just help you reach peak performance for sport (although that’s possible too) but strengthens you for everyday movement. Not everyone wants a PR deadlift, they would rather have no back pain. That’s what you can accomplish here with the coaches & much more. Come try Big Bend out!
Brian is a phenomenal coach who is dedicated to empowering and helping his athletes reach their goals.
