Went in yesterday with a very stiff/sore neck. The whole team is kind and caring, from checking in to checking out. Dr. Alex listened to me, did a physical exam of my neck and explained what was causing me pain. He prescribed Tylenol and ibuprofen combination to help with pain and inflammation and told me the expected recovery time. Called ahead and was given adequate information. Walked in with my 4 year old son who was in excruciating pain in his ear. Despite my son feeling extremely anxious and overwhelmed, the staff was AMAZING! As a mother of 2 little boys, I felt taken care of and supported throughout what seemed like an extremely chaotic urgent care visit. The nurses, assistants and attending physicians were amazing. I slipped down a few stairs last night while spending a long weekend in Big Bear over the Labor Day weekend. I needed to get care this morning. We arrived just before they opened intentionally to minimize any wait time. We were just the 2nd patient there. The care I received was exceptional in every way. Of course had to fill out paperwork upon arriving but was then taken back very promptly. I needed an exam, x rays and subsequently a knee brace and a “shoe” for my foot. One of the girls in the office kept my drivers license and never gave it back I called to ask for it and they lost it . One of the nurses was really rude as well as the front desk . They misplaced both my insurance and driver's license they should really be careful with personal documents also my husband was treated horrible
Front desk was kind Dr was highly knowledgeable. They got me exactly what I needed and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. One of the better urgent cares I have visited.
