Went in to get a prescription for a gout flare up. They sent an order for 3 pills and I got charged 330 bucks via snail mail. They don’t take Anthem ppo either for whatever reason. I would stay away
Went to Urgent Care because I was sick. Dr. Jessica listened, made me feel heard and treated me. I feel comfortable coming back with my family in the future. Thank you.
What is the point of an urgent care if you’re not available for urgent care. We showed up at 3:45pm on a Monday (non-holiday) with our 2yo daughter and the entire place was empty and locked up with the lights off. They apparently closed based on the sign on the door, and no one is answering the phone even though their website and Google show open until 5pm. This is just CLASSIC Big Bear at its finest.
AVOID THIS PLACE. THE RECEPTIONIST IS RUDE, LAZY, AND INCOMPETENT.
