I was referred to Big Bear from my insurance company. They came out immediately. My insurance didn’t want to replace the entire roof but Blake and Greg assured me they would submit a supplement report to my insurance company and take care of it. Whelp, Blake and Greg ghosted me. I was told they were working on it for over a month and then crickets. I left a message and sent emails but no response. What a crappy way to do business. When working with Big Bear Roofing through my client selling her home in St Louis, Troy went above and beyond to ensure all work would be completed on time. He stood by his word throughout the entire process and was very transparent with all aspects of the job. We couldn't have asked for a better Forman on the job than Troy. The roof and other repairs turned out very nice!
