I was referred to this company Big Bear Roofing. I knew I had some damage from the last few storms here in Ballwin Missouri. They sent their project manager, Blake and I couldn’t have been more pleased what a great guy! He was very professional and detailed and explained how the process worked. He got up on my roof, took lots of pictures marked everywhere that there was damage, and I ended up having more damage than I thought! I honestly could tell that I was in good hands with this company and can’t wait to get my new roof!
Big Bear Roofing was great to work with from start to finish. Blake was quick to respond, knowledgeable, and offered a very reasonable price compared to other local roofers. He made the whole process smooth and left me feeling like I was in good hands.
Excellent customer service! After initially being turned down by our insurance company for roof repair/replacement and only wanted to pay us in our claim to replace a dozen or so hail damaged shingles incurred from the04/01/24 storms in St. Charles (Summerfield neighborhood), project manager Scott Schaad went above and beyond by taking samples of our old shingles for analysis. Blake Z was amazing to deal with. Came out to my house and was very knowledgeable on my hail damage situation. I have confidence in him and the team to get my needs met.
The contact person/salesmen did a great job keeping in touch. The quality of the roof work was very good. Keep in mind though Big Bear will ask you for a 50 percent down before they will begin. I was not comfortable with that. Also read your contract through. They will not repair any drywall damage that may occur. That happened and I was not happy about it.
