We had a great experience with Blackridge Restoration. They responded very quickly and understood the sensitive nature of our situation, as the water damage was in our nursery with a 5-week-old baby at home. Matthew and his crew were professional, polite, and very considerate throughout the process. They did an excellent job with the water mitigation, drying everything out thoroughly and removing the affected carpet padding. We really appreciated their responsiveness and the care they took with our home. Highly recommend!

Mathew and Parker did a great job with the remediation. They clearly explained everything, worked efficiently, cleaned up after themselves, and were very sweet.
