Garbage organization. They no showed, then eventually just stopped communicating with us. We had to project manager and hire contractors to finish the job. Then, sent us a bill saying there’s a remaining balance for work not completed. Avoid at all costs, even is referred by your insurance company.

This company has been the biggest pain to deal with. Since starting this process all the way back in late June, I’ve had 3 project managers quit, the general manager quit, and now even the front desk guy is gone… I’ve had things thrown away that weren’t supposed to be, and no path for accountability because the one that did it QUIT just like all the others. Public Notice Big Bear Restoration has failed to pay for flooring services that our company provided in good faith. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the matter, they have not honored their financial obligations. We previously filed a lawsuit in 2024, but the business was unservable at that time. We are now preparing to file another lawsuit to recover payment for the work completed.
