Great time great place to host a large group of people and lots of fun
The company did an improper/lazy walk through and deducted only 1/4 of the damages done to my home from the renter's deposit. (total of $4000 to a 400 sq ft house) The owner suggested I filed a FALSE INSURANCE claim to regain the rest of my money instead of doing their job knowing his renter did the damages because the damages they did not add were in the photos of THEIR personal walk through images.
