Went to warehouse sale as posted on Facebook. Saw signs along the road for the sale, but when we got to listed address, everything was closed, locked, and sealed! No one answered the phone or messages we sent. Drove 40 minutes one way to nothing.
Reasonable prices compared to competitors. Excellent communication and customer service. Quality of work met or exceeded all expectations. We have worked with Big Bear on three different projects. This last project was out most extensive and our best experience (removal or load bearing and non-load bearing walls, carpentry/trim work, interior door installation, floor refinishing, wall repair, electrical). I would highly recommend this company.
Big Bear completely remodeled our master bath a few years ago, including eliminating a bathtub and creating a large walk-in shower. It came out just perfect. We are very picky and had particular concerns that needed to be addressed. We live by the “do it once and done” philosophy with high quality components. When planning my project I contacted several companies, as soon as I met with Big Bear I knew that I felt comfortable working with them. They helped to make my house goals come true!
The team at Big Bear Remodeling was great to work with! They excel at communications, providing a weekly update throughout the renovation process and reaching out to ensure I didn't have any concerns or questions multiple times throughout the duration of the project. Those working on site were always willing to explain things, answer my questions and receptive to my feedback. They always arrived on time and did high quality work. I absolutely love my new kitchen and bathrooms!!!! I highly recommend them.
