I highly recommend Big Bear for your remodeling projects. The entire staff was professional, attentive, and talented. When planning my project I contacted several companies, as soon as I met with Big Bear I knew that I felt comfortable working with them. They helped to make my house goals come true!
The team at Big Bear Remodeling was great to work with! They excel at communications, providing a weekly update throughout the renovation process and reaching out to ensure I didn't have any concerns or questions multiple times throughout the duration of the project. Those working on site were always willing to explain things, answer my questions and receptive to my feedback. They always arrived on time and did high quality work. We have worked with Big Bear for two large projects at our 100+ year old home; a kitchen/mudroom/bathroom remodel and an upstairs bathroom remodel. I have to admit I wasn’t looking forward to a total kitchen renovation after a disappointing bathroom redo a few years back (with a different company). However, I was wrong.
