Awesome person, friendly and helpful, as well as knowledgeable. Assisted us with our tankless water heater service and our issue with losing hot water and was able to resolve our problem at a fair price. He will be our plumber going forward and offered tips on how to make our system last longer too.
My home's storage type water heater broke over a holiday weekend and I reached out to BigBear Plumbing for options. Gabriel responded immediately, came by to try options to fix it, identified the cost & delays involved in ordering parts to attempt a fix. After discussions, he suggested we get a tankless model which we had been considering, and helped identify what was needed. Gabriel did an excellent job helping us purchase and install such a model, and I recommend his services as a reliable plumber
Gabriel installed a thermal expansion tank and repaired a ball bearing valve. Gabriel had very reasonable price prices compared to his competitors. Gabriel had very very good communication throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend Gabriel to anyone who needs a knowledgeable plumber. Thank you, Gabriel for all your help.
Hot water tank started leaking Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend. Bigbear was able to come out and fix it late that afternoon, and spent until early evening to go purchase a new tank/stand and replaced everything. So grateful for their responsiveness! Everything was explained before it was done, made excellent suggestions to what size tank to get (my original size wasn't available in stock/carried by local stores), and price was great considering I was looking for same day / emergency service.
