Customer service was very unprofessional regarding answering my questions and never got back to me regarding the service I was inquiring about.
Great service from start to finish. Big Bear plumbing installed our new hot water heater. We did have any issues and they were very glad to work around our schedules. It cost us about $2200, they made it quick and easy. Thank you!
