About 2 years ago, I was baker acted and they let me out with the condition that I will have to go to therapy. Well they wrote me a reference for Big Bear. Big Bear took MONTHS just to schedule a time for them to come to my house and get my info, not even an appointment. She was there for maybe 30 minutes. Never heard from them again. No matter how much my mom called. Horrible company and they don’t care about their customers.

Big Bear is a great place to work at - most of us like myself do this part time, and it's very easy. Everything is good, from the pay, supervision, writing notes etc. I like how we are independent, yet we have support if we need it. I highly recommend it!
Big Bear is completely different than a few years ago. All the changes that were made truly made a difference. There is no pay-delay any longer. You submit your notes on time, they get billed, and they get paid to you within a few weeks. Paychecks every week via direct deposit. Easy management with no one breathing down your neck. My niece is also receiving services - she is super happy with her therapist - they mostly do Telehealth now, which is great. Thank you Big Bear!!
