The staff are great!
I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional and insensitive behavior displayed by the staff and Dr. Anthony. Despite arriving only 10 minutes late due to an unavoidable emergency, I was outright refused any consideration or assistance. It is unacceptable that there was no effort made to understand the situation or show even basic empathy.
