Quantico Gardens bought out and is selling food under “The Big Bad W Pit” formerly “The Big Bad W” and the quality of their food absolutely tanked in tue transition. Brisket was overcooked and dry, half smokes were some off brand weird tasting sausage, potato salad was bland. Mac and cheese was ok, used to be great.

Firstly, I want to say this is sad because I believe this place is currently closed for good as of August 2025. We moved to Stafford not long ago and have visited this restaurant 6 or 7 times for takeout. Pricing was very reasonable for the quality and amount of food received. Their bbq is standout. Beef ribs are delicious. Pork ribs are delicious and tender. The brisket was flavorful, but not as tender as I'd like, but worth trying. The Mac n cheese was delicious as so were the green beans. The food was really good,when I ate it previously. I drove there today, and it looks like they are closed and under construction. Very disappointed sine I drove a hour jus to get there food. I wish the website said they was closed. It still showes open.
