Dr. Nishawala is one of the most unprofessional pediatricains I have ever met. He does not listen to any of your concerns as a parent.He Is dimissive and if you dont agree with his point of view becomes very aggressive. He would not provide testing he felt was unnecessary even after it was reccomended by a specialist. He over books his clients and you wait over an hour for your appointment The other MD's are great just stay clear of this arrogance.
Cathy Ward is hands-down the best, most caring, most dedicated and talented pediatrician in Manhattan. She will spend 30+ minutes with you at an appointment, vs the rushed, impersonal experiences we'd had at Tribeca Pediatrics prior. After we moved we traveled for over an hour to see her, and even with consistently high expectations we never once felt disappointed by her care.
There has yet to be a pediatrician more loving and caring about her patience then Dr.Ward she is Simply the Best! So helpful and accommodating, she has waited for me while running late and too care of my son when he got sick. On a weekend while she was ON VACATION my son ended up needing to go to the hospital and SHE called me to check on MY SON! he was released and she followed up texting me to see how he was, when she returned she had me bring him in for a follow up. Dr Ward is simply the best ! She takes the time to know your child and treat with the upmost care. One important example .. I believe she saved my son's life by being available after hours on a Friday night to help diagnosis acute appendicitis! I have gone to dr ward for the past 13 years and although I moved , I still reach out to her to her regularly . Overall - there is no better care for your child than with Dr ward �she goes above an beyond !!

Dr Ward is the best. She loves her patients and gives as much time and attention as they and their parents need!
