Extremely disappointing experience. We specifically told the employee that we wanted our bagels without any meat because we have a serious allergy. Despite making this very clear, our order was prepared with pork. This is not a small mistake it is a serious food safety issue. When a customer informs you about an allergy or dietary restriction, it should be taken seriously. Waited over an hour for my food to be completed with a DoorDash order. In the future if the store is too busy please turn off delivery options. Waiting over an hour for a bagel is unacceptable.
Best bagels in town. I order online and my order has never been wrong.
