Hostile environment. Owner handles food with bare hands. Loses her temper with employees.
It's ok. $10 for two cream cheese bagels is crazy but hey they have to eat too. It's not new York bagels but probably the best you'll find in Michigan.
Beware if you place an order on the website the owner will not issue any refunds, even if they make a mistake. I've never spoken to someone so rude to a customer before. They shorted us in our cream cheese (see photo...not possible it could cover an entire bagel) and I called to request a refund and she told me even though I placed the order on the website she had no ability to issue a refund. I asked for our cream cheese on the side so we could toast our bagels at home. There is no way they would have used this tiny amount ... read more
