Bagles are good but not a great selection. None of my favorite rye bagels. Sandwiches are simple and filling. Atmosphere is minimal and small, not a great place to hang out. Prices are fare and most of the staff is friendly.
Extremely disappointing experience. We specifically told the employee that we wanted our bagels without any meat because we have a serious allergy. Despite making this very clear, our order was prepared with pork. This is not a small mistake it is a serious food safety issue. When a customer informs you about an allergy or dietary restriction, it should be taken seriously.
