Great food and service, pricey but to be expected. I will visit again.
WE HAVE MADE FOR TRIPS TO BIG AL'S EACH TIME I WAS WAITING TO BE DISSAPOINTED INSTEAD EACH VIST WAS GREAT. THE BEEF IS MOIST AND SMOKEY, THE RIBS ARE THE BEST AND THE SAUSAGE IS JUST LIKE THE HILL COUNTRY.
I have been going to Big Al's since I was a kid. It is absolutely the best and most authentic BBQ I have had anywhere in Texas! I moved away from Texas a few years ago, and every time I visit my family, Big Al's is the first place I have to eat! I recommend going on Saturdays when it's always Pork Rib Basket day. YUM!
I used to go there after every doctor's appointment at Saint Paul Hospital. Love the food, and the dessert!
