Very poor service last night...... took over 40 min probably more like an hour to get our boiled crawfish and when we went to order more... they had run out! We watched them serve other tables who came after us crawfish....
We are from Florida, and this is our first trip to LA. We are very big into seafood, the food was good, even though it was barely warm, but we have never been to a restaurant with very poor service on just basic skills. If there were a "SUCKS" rating option I would have chosen that. I really would like to know how the employees pay their bills, because there not making tips from my family. I really hope the owner/management sees there reviews, otherwise Big Als may nof be around much longer. We'll never be back, and this wil... read more
The food was grate! The service was awesome? Just overly priced!
