Very poor service, I used to love to go there with friends, but this time I guess the waitress thought we were people that don't tip.. she served every one well but our table we barely seen her.. the other waiter was nice we tipped him and thanked him and left her barely anything. Just what she gave us(I'm sure it was discrimination)!
Had supper here last night, it was very delicious!
We went for a family lunch, the food was spectacular, very fresh the crawfish, shrimp, crabs (all boiled) and delicious aligator bites. The gumbo and tortoise soup exquisite, Very good the service. Excellent experience. 100% recommended.

We came from out of town .. (minnesota) and stopped at big als for our seafood craving .. Kamren L was our server and she was AMAZING!! Above and beyond .. checked on us frequently .. we will definitely come back!!
