Absolutely terrible communication and attention to detail. We contracted Tim to redo our kitchen and have had nothing but problems. His work was sloppy and is falling apart. Mostly issues with tile and grout. He promised to fix any issues after construction was done but every time we contact him he blows us off. Very frustrating considering the amount of money paid for the work done.
